Appearance & swatch detail: Raw, not in a holder. The front is a white and silver design with the PLAYOFFS wordmark in the gold bar at the top right, the team logo below it, and an action photograph of Matt Leinart filling the left side. The swatch is a three-colour prime piece -- red and black stitching meeting white jersey mesh across the window. The back is white with a duotone helmet photograph, the certificate text, his height, weight, birth date, college and draft round, and his 2006 statistics. Corners are sharp, the card is flat, and I find no creasing, bends or scratching.

Player career: Leinart won the Heisman Trophy at USC in 2004 and went tenth overall to Arizona in 2006.
