Every transmission purchased through includes a 1 Month / 1,000 Mile Limited Parts Warranty, beginning on the shipment date, whichever occurs first.

This warranty covers internal transmission component failure resulting from defects in the transmission assembly.

Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

* Labor for installation or removal

* Diagnostic charges

* Programming, coding, calibration, or relearn procedures

* Transmission fluid, filters, seals, gaskets, mounts, coolers, lines, sensors, electrical components, or external accessories unless specifically stated

* Towing, rental vehicles, storage fees, lost wages, or downtime

* Damage caused by improper installation, contaminated fluid, overheating, lack of lubrication, abuse, racing, modification, accidents, or neglect

* Damage resulting from failure to service or replace the transmission cooler or failure to follow manufacturer installation procedures

* Incidental or consequential damages

Professional Installation Required

Warranty coverage requires:

* Installation by a licensed professional repair facility

* OEM or manufacturer-approved transmission fluid

* Transmission cooler flushed or replaced according to manufacturer specifications

* Proper programming, adaptation, and relearn procedures (when applicable)

Failure to meet these requirements may void the warranty.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be submitted directly to Sincere Gear LLC.

Claims must include:

* Original purchase information

* Proof of professional installation

* Repair facility invoice

* Documentation of OEM-approved transmission fluid used

* Diagnostic documentation if requested

The transmission must remain available for inspection before any repairs or disassembly are performed.

Shipping & Freight Inspection

Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

Any freight damage must be:

* Reported within 48 hours for concealed damage.

* Reported while retaining all original packaging and pallet materials.

Failure to preserve packaging may prevent a freight claim.

This transmission typically requires a $500 refundable core deposit. The reason behind this is that discarding a core transmission generates unnecessary waste and negatively impacts the environment. This $500 deposit aims to encourage customers to return their old transmission to receive the $500 credit.

The core deposit will be refunded after:

* The original transmission is returned.

* The core is complete and rebuildable.

* The core is returned without catastrophic damage such as a broken case or missing major components.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Limited Liability

Seller’s maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the transmission.
