• Wrong item: If you received the wrong headlight, contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or return.

• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged in transit, or shipped incorrectly.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Electrical components: Because headlights contain electrical components, returns may be denied if there is evidence of improper installation, misuse, physical damage, or modification.
