Pre-owned Covidien Nellcor PM10N Portable SpO₂ Patient Monitoring System with new reusable adult SpO₂ finger sensor.

Unit powers on and was tested with the included sensor. Successfully displayed SpO₂, pulse rate, and active pleth waveform. Operating modes, alarm settings, menus, and front controls were accessed and responsive.

Known Issue: The monitor displays System Failure (907) associated with the RTC/date-time system. Date/time resets and is not retained properly, indicating the internal RTC battery/system requires service. This fault did not prevent the unit from obtaining SpO₂ and pulse readings during testing.
