This harness will work on both 1500 and HD models. Harness is plug and play.
This harness illuminates the LED accent strip as your daytime running light during the day and allow full headlight function at night. This harness will work for both versions of the LED headlights.
We have seen where places selling surplus lights may have the wrong module mounted on the headlight. Make sure that the headlight you want to use has "Silverado" on the module. If it doesn't and you experience issues you will have to purchase a factory module.
