1. Note: Please charge the batteries fully before use, we only keep little power for shipping purposes.

2. The battery will reach peak performance after 3-5 times fully charge and discharge.

3. Please remove the battery and install it in a dry place when not using the vacuum cleaner.

4. If the battery is not going to be used for a long period of time, we recommend using the battery at least every two to three weeks.

5. If the redlight flashes, you need to let the battery cool down and charge for a while for the battery to go normal.

6. Please do not charge immediately after the battery is empty. Allow the battery to cool down 5 to 10 minutes before charging. This is very important.

7. Most of the reasons for the intermittent operation of the vacuum cleaner are blocked. Check whether is not the main unit, long rod, and tip are blocked and clean them.
