This is a 256KB FRAM card for SHARP PC-E500 series pocket computers.Unlike conventional RAM cards, this card can retain data without a backup battery, so there is no need to worry about data loss due to battery depletion. (It is possible for data to be lost due to program runaway, etc.)The usage is the same as conventional RAM cards.
When this card is installed in the RAM card slot, a 256 KB area can be used as S2: in addition to the internal memory of the main unit, and S2: can be used as RAM file F: or program data area.Data recorded on the FRAM card is retained even when the card is removed from the main unit.
