1. Limit Block

There is a limit block specially designed for stainless steel basin on the bottom plate, which can be fixed and positioned quickly when placing stainless steel basin.

2. Healthy Material

The core components directly in contact with the dough are made of food grade stainless steel 304 and PP material, which is healthy, safe and hygienic, and more reliable to use.

3. Balancing Weight

The top of the machine is designed with a balancing weight, which can make the pressure bar automatically vertical to the ground after operation, and improve the work efficiency.

4. Anti Slip Support Pad

There are four rubber support pads at the bottom of the machine, which are non-slip, wear-resistant & corrosion-resistant, and can play a good supporting stability and buffering role.

5. Limit Device

The core part is equipped with a limit device, which can ensure that the segmentation device is always in the center position without deviation during the working process.

6. Press Lever

The press lever is lengthened to save more effort when pressing the dough. One end of the press lever is designed with grain to increase the friction force.
