• Recommended Water Temperature: Fitting: Place the tray over your teeth and gently create suction so it covers the teeth properly.

• Soften the Tray: Place the tray in 80–90°C hot water for approximately 5–7 seconds.

• Mould the Tray: Carefully remove it from the water and quickly place it over your teeth. Gently press around the teeth and gum line to form the desired shape.

• Cool & Trim: Hold the tray in position for approximately 10–15 seconds, then remove and rinse with cool water. If necessary, carefully trim excess material along the gum line.

• For Whitening: If using with a compatible whitening gel, dry the tray and apply a small, even amount of gel to the appropriate surface before use.

Teeth Whitening Tips:

1. Maintain regular brushing and good oral hygiene.

2. Rinse your mouth after meals when appropriate.

3. Brush your teeth at least twice a day.

4. Floss regularly to help clean between the teeth.
