It comes with an extended purge style and is SAE compliant to offer enhanced performance, providing you with seamless integration with your truck’s air braking system, improving its performance and making it last for a longer period.

- Versatile Applications: Our air dryer assembly is suitable for a wide range of truck make and models’ air braking systems, ensuring a complete protection against moisture and other contaminant from entering to your air brake systems.
- Durable: This air dryer assembly is constructed using the high quality materials to provide the truckers with long-lasting performance and durability even under the most demanding hauling conditions.
- Purge Style: This AD-IS air dryer assembly features an extended purge cycle to ensure a perfect moisture removal from your truck’s air braking system, enhancing its longevity and efficiency of the air dryers.
Installation & Maintenance you must remove the existing air dryer by disconnecting the air lines and electrical cords and unscrewing the mounting bolts holding the air dryer in place.
After removing the existing air dryer, you should position the new replacement unit of air dryer assembly in the existing place using the existing mounting holes.When the unit is finally placed properly, you must now secure the unit with the mounting bolts, by tightening them perfectly.After the air dryer assembly is finally tightened and placed in its position, you can now effectively connect all the airlines and electrical cords, ensuring leakproof connectivity. Also, you can use the thread sealant or Teflon tape of required. Trouble Shooting & Maintenance
The air dryer’s function is to collect and remove moisture and contaminants in solid, liquid, and vapor form, offering dry air for the air brake system. However, this replacement part also needs regular maintenance to increase its functioning performance and lifespan.
- You should regularly inspect the air dryer assembly for any signs of damage, corrosion, or leaks.
- Replace the desiccant cartridge periodically as per the manufacturer’s instructions or when the system shows signs of reduced performance. This may involve draining the air tank and replacing the desiccant media within the cartridge.
- If you are not sure about any step during the installation or maintenance process, simply consult a qualified mechanic or refer to the repair manual for your specific truck model.
18 MONTHS WARRANTY: This product is covered for one year or completion of 100,000 miles since installation or 18 months after you buy it from Mytee Products, whichever comes first. We provide a warranty to all new products only if the parts have defective material or workmanship (must be used in appropriate applications). The warranty doesn’t cover the parts that fail or get damaged due to misuse, misapplication, or accident. Unless specified otherwise, buyers/consumers need permission from your salesperson to initiate a return under warranty. We will replace any part free of charge only if our team finds a defect after a thorough examination. The warranty only covers only the replacement of defective parts (under the mentioned conditions), we disclaim liability for labor and/or special or consequential damages of any nature. If the buyer/consumer decides to return the parts under this warranty then the buyer must agree to wait for us to settle the claim before deducting any amount from your payment to Mytee Products. Any further costs you incur without our approval won’t be covered.
