This Strobotach is a very useful device for being able to determine the RPM speed of moving or turning objects. In addition the light flashes at a determined frequency to be able to visually stop the object that is moving and view it's condition. I purchased this light a year ago to be able to troubleshoot a problem with my truck and the main drive belt and identify why it was making noise that the dealer could not fix. It accomplished the job.
