This lovely ancient cornflower blue glass ewer is decorated (embossed) with stylized birds and plants. No damage that I can see. Debris inside the lip and in the embossing. I think it could be cleaned to sparkling very easily with the right tools. There appears to be no etching or iridescence. It is 4-3/4\" tall, made of very thin glass. It is very lightweight and delicate.
I\'m not an expert on ancient glass, and I am unable to positively identify this piece, however, it might be Islamic glass. If you recognize it, please let me know what it is and I will update the listing and credit you appropriately.
