What you see is what you get. I do not cover up damaged stamps. If there is a problem I try to tell it in thedescription OR show it. Many preparethese items for sale. If I see a problemI take a picture of the back of the stamp or mention the damage. I stand behindany issues that exist in relation to the item.
Overview----
I first list an item at ansale price where it is below the retail price. if it goes unsold Irelist it with a lower fixed price. I also review my buy it now itemswhen 15 days remain. At that time I very often reduce the price10%. So watch my listings.I also take items that have been on for awhile at 1 penny.
My long term goal is to listevery lot at a starting price of one penny.I need a large audience of regular customers to do this. Hopefully I am well on my way to achievingthis goal.
When viewing my listings itcould be a good thing if you went to my store. Click on the icon. Here you will have the ability to do asearch. If you are only interested inCHINA, type it in, and only CHINA items will appear. Etc.
CIRCUIT SHEETS
When buying on circuit sheets pleaseunderstand that the people that mounted the stamps are sometimes novices andthere might be errors. If the error ismore serious than your appetite PLEASE tell me and I can make anadjustment. All collectors try to behonest and normally UNDERVALUE their stamps.My sincere feeling is ONCE YOU BUY YOUR FIRST GROUP on circuit sheetsyou will be a regular customer. Lots ofbargains.
On the sheet next to the catalog number thereis sometimes a used symbol or one * meaning MH or ** meaning MNH. I am winding down my trading club and stillhave 10, 000 sheets to sell so keep watching.
Shipping info-----
When you buy one item the price is aslisted. If you buy multiple items youpay 100% amount listed for first mostexpensive P&H item, then 50% of the amount listed for all other additional items.When you ask for an invoice I combine the items and you see the total pricebefore you pay.
If you take one of the items that are flatrate (now $11.95) additional items are lowered dependent on value. Extra insurance is needed and at least halfoff will be given. This assumes they fitinto the package. I try to limit shipping to $300 packages.
Media mail is separate. I cannot mix mediamail with regular mail.
For foreign mail I used my home address forthe return address. Here too I willcombine multiple mail items and give a 50% discount on additional items.
Request an invoice. I will send you an updated invoice every timeyou add one in the queue. When you aredone you pay the last invoice received which will have the total adjustedprice. If you have some items that willnot allow you to do this assure you pay at the same time and pay your lastinvoice. This will let me combine theorders and give a proper discount. I saythis because some people have trouble getting all the items paid to me in thesame way. Don’t know why, but I fix itat my end. Lastly, if you do not request a combined invoice I cannot refund under $1 soif you buy two items and are due 50 cents does not allow this smalltransaction. So, best is to ask for aninvoice or buy 3 items.
Sometimes a total gets over $100 and you wantto get tracking and would rather pay the priority mail amount. This can easily be done if you request itwhen you ask for a combined invoice..
Insurance. Domestic items, are required to haveinsurance. I use real postage and do notparticipate in tracking option unless it is priority mail. So, postage fees include insurance as well asother overhead. I do use tracking for priority mailitems. So all domestic items are 100%covered after waiting 30 days for delivery.The post office is very slow near holidays and local area problems. I have no control over these conditions. If you finally get an item after you got arefund there is no process to pay me.You have to send a check. This iswhy I wait for 30 days.
Some of my larger priced lots going to Europehave a large insurance fee from the post office. If You want to accept responsibility for mailloss (meaning NO INSURANCE) let me know and I will switch you to a $2 flatfee. Sometimes insurance is just notworth it. I need to send you an adjustedinvoice BEFORE you pay as does not let me see the details on sometransaction. If you buy multiple lots Ialways charge $1 fee for additional lots in the same envelope.
PLEASE NOTE:: Foreign Items shipped with noinsurance paid have no insurance.Insurance is not worthwhile on most items I sell as the price for thestamp is less than the insurance cost.If you want insurance and it is not part of the listed amount, let meknow and I will change it. Out of theU.S. insurance is over $50 to most countries part to be paid to and partto the post office when you receive the item.Each country (I have been told) is different. I also offer the sending option on many of my lots. Herethe price is calculated by but I do not think this includes insurance butit is tracked.
Negotiating a special offer price…
Most of these offers arefrom my sellers that I offer a consignment plan. They watch their listings and I have to listthe items at a price agreed. Somecustomers are a little more but all are a fair starting price. Prices do go down as the listing isrenewed. I mention this because this isthe reason that I cannot negotiate price with most of my listings. But, quality is there and the starting priceis fair. If there is a fault I do not see but it shows in the picture that isdifferent. Let me know and I will reviewthe price. As faras discount go ..I reduce all items to a dollar and even lower to a penny onoccasion. A little secret about mylistings. I lower prices until item issold. The lower the Lot #(APC#) the moretime the price has been lowered.

But many like this thebest. I have been told that cancels froma small city in Europe have the best value for the specialty collector. I assume this would be true in the U.S.too. So I use my local post office whichis a cleaner. He has a cleaner postcancel machine. Then I use some kind ofBETTER stamps for postage on each mailing.My customers LOVE my covers.Obviously some get damaged in the mail.Some do not get what you would call special postage. But most get a special something on thecover.
AREA of concern…
Please note. Communication using messages on is veryconfusing. You have a lot number, anemail address, an name, and is not consistent in their communicationwhich they will show me. So to get allyour messages in the same screen on my computer is very difficult. So, please make all communication clear andnot dependent upon previous messages.Thanks so much.

I am winding down a stampclub that I ran for over 35 years. Thesheets I am listing are being sold on consignment and are different levels inquality but mounted and identified by many different people. I can only say MOST are a great deal but Ihave not reviewed all of the contents.So any problems, let me know. Sofar I have not had any problems but I am scheduling them quickly to provide agood mix for and I am sure some concern might rise. I have thousands ofsheets. They are organized and make iteasy for you to add them to your collection.THOUSANDS.

Lastly, You will notice much variety in myofferings. I list items as a service tothe hobby. Obviously I make nothing onselling items for a penny or even a dollar.But the new collector needs a starting point. And I service this new collector as a serviceto the hobby. So browse mylistings.
