TIPS
If the electric pallet jack is not used for a long time, it must be charged at least every month. The purpose of this is to avoid over-discharge which will affect the battery performance and life.

3. Warehouse opening time: MON-FRI from 9am-5pm. The best time to pick up your order is in the afternoon.
Our warehouse colleague will pack and load the product onto your truck, you will be responsible for unloading them.

0–30 Days: We provide return and exchange service. Free parts and technical support.
Please note that if it is not due to the quality problem of the product, you will bear all the shipping charges for the return, and please guarantee that the product is in good condition and the package is still in place, can be re-sold. Refunds are for the cost of the products only. Refunds will be credited following the receipt of the undamaged product.
30 Days–1 Year: If there is any quality problem, we provide free maintenance, if item has to return to our warehouse to repair, customers need to bear half of the freight.
Post-Warranty (After 1 Year): If the product exists any quality problem, the customer need to pay for the maintenance as well as all the freight, which will be quoted in depends.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or consumable parts.
