This 17‑tooth main shaft gear is a replacement component for the transmission system of ATV200 vehicles and compatible 200cc engines. The gear is mounted on the transmission main shaft and works together with the countershaft gears to transfer engine power to the drive train.

The gear is manufactured from hardened steel, a material selected for its resistance to wear and its ability to maintain tooth profile under repeated loading. The 17‑tooth configuration corresponds to the factory gear ratio used in many ATV200 engines. The gear is machined to meet original equipment specifications, with internal splines that match the main shaft diameter and tooth geometry that engages with the mating countershaft gear.
