Framed art print after Henri Matisse’s “Skater in Motion I,” also associated with the French title “Pas des Patineurs.”
The composition features a bold white abstract figure in motion against a vivid red background. The lower right corner displays the HM monogram printed within the image.
The original Matisse design was produced as a color linocut and was published in connection with the art journal Verve around 1938–1939. Genuine period examples are documented as having the HM initials in the block.
