response:
I\'m human & do occasionally make mistakes. If I\'ve made some sort of mistake w/your item, please contact me before leaving negative response. I do my very best to give an accurate description & measurements of each item; however, I do occasionally make a mistake or miss something. I am not trying to \"get away with\" anything--it does me no good to try and cheat my customers. Customer satisfaction is very important to me & I work very hard to make sure that I have beautiful, quality items to offer. Thanks for looking.
