New with a few scratches in one corner from the staples in the box. Didn\'t notice until we opened it and saw it was scratched during shipping. I\'m sure you can get the right color paint pen from home depot and cover it right up but its not the worst, see pictures. Other than that its brand new, paid $300 for it a few months ago. Size is roughly (30x40) 33.5 x 43.5.
