- Imprint Utrecht: J.J.H. Kemmer, 1881. 97 pages in main text, plus 9 printed pages including title page, forward, dedications, etc. with some additional blank end pages. All pages original and present. Binding is a bit loose, but it has the original thin vellum cover.
- Rare. Only 5 copies known to exist, and all of which are in libraries, including Yale, Univ. of Toronto, Calvin, and Union Seminary. None offered for sale, ever, and never will be.
