Antique late Victorian floral painting on dark velvet, attributed by the sale house to the 1880s. Features richly colored pansies and small blue flowers in yellow, violet, blue, and green tones, framed by a narrow pink velvet liner and a heavily ornamented gilt frame with raised floral and beaded detailing. Measures approximately 23” x 19” overall. Antique condition with age-related wear, including gilt loss, scuffs, and finish wear to the frame. The pink velvet border has visible staining/discoloration as shown. Please review photos closely for condition.
