Antique American Brilliant Period cut glass celery/relish dish, dating to approximately 1904–1915.Features elaborate Tornado Pinwheel cutting with hobstar centers, deep curved miters, geometric star and crosshatched detailing, and a sharply cut sawtooth rim. The elongated canoe-shaped form was commonly used as a celery, relish, or serving dish during the period.The Tornado Pinwheel motif is documented in early American cut glass and is closely associated with the Tornado pattern sold by Higgins & Seiter.
