Beautiful vintage/antique Bohemian-style amethyst glass goblet featuring elaborate hand-applied gold gilt decoration. The bowl is decorated with an ornate bird and floral/foliate motif with lattice detailing, and the clear glass foot is beautifully embellished with additional gold floral scrollwork.Measures approximately 7¾ inches tall.The gold decoration shows visible brushwork and wonderful detail. There is age-related wear/fading to some of the gilding, including the gold rim, as shown in the close-up photographs. This wear adds to the character of the piece and has been reflected in the description and photographs.Condition: Pre-owned vintage/antique condition with age-related gilt wear.
