This antique drop pendant necklace shield-res is a hand-polished, amber-colored leaded-glass charm originally used as an architectural chandelier prism. It has a geometric shield- or kite-shaped profile with distinct diamond-patterned, hand-cut facets and measures 1.5 inches long. Historic chips along the top perimeter edge have been wet-filed to remove sharp points for safety. The filed areas remain visible and affect the facets\' original symmetry.
