This exquisite antique porcelain cup and saucer set features a scalloped rim accented with a deep cobalt blue border, hand-painted floral sprigs, and a richly gilded handle. The underside bears the authentic puce/crimson backstamp consisting of a crown over crossed swords and a cursive letter "D", alongside the gilder number 180. Manufacturing. Company: Derby Porcelain Factory (often referred to as Royal Crown Derby in its later periods).
Year of Manufacture: Circa 1782–1800 (the specific puce mark with the crown and swords was used exclusively during this late 18th-century period).
Designer / Factory Manager: Under the direction of William Duesbury II, with floral styling in the tradition of chief decorators like Edward Withers.
Country of Origin: England (United Kingdom).
Condition: Excellent antique condition with minimal wear to the gilding. No visible chips, cracks, or restorations.
