Doulton Bedwarmer \"Thermette\" made by Doulton Lambeth Potteries in London SE. An interesting and fun piece with original stopper and rubber seal. This Thermette salt-galze design was registered in 1908, No. 534742. Measures approximately 9\" x 9-3/4\" by 4 1/4\" thickness (with stopper). In very good condition, no chips or cracks. Slight scuffing on back, rubber no longer pliable.I purchased this in London at the Bermondsy Market in 1978.
