Fliegende Blätter was a long-running German illustrated humorous and satirical publication featuring cartoons, caricatures, social commentary, stories and period artwork. These volumes cover the World War I era through the immediate postwar period.
CONDITION:
This is an antique collection more than 100 years old and condition is poor to fair overall.
Volumes show substantial age and storage wear including heavy cover and spine wear, fraying, staining, discoloration, foxing, edge wear, loose or weakened bindings, detached material, torn pages and other age-related damage.
At least one volume has significant spine/binding loss as clearly shown in the photos. Some pages and sections may be loose. Water staining and other staining are visible in several volumes.
The books have NOT been individually page-counted for completeness. Because of the age and condition, no guarantee is made that every page, advertisement, supplement or plate is present.
