Antique French Bronze Trinket Jewelry Dresser Box Lady Portrait Guilloche Enamel signed

This is an antiqueand wonderful late 1800's Victorian Portrait dresser Box.It is hand painted in rich fired on enamel (sometimes referred to as Limogesenamel)Stunning Elaborately decorated trinket box with a red embossed guilloche enamel frame border with bronze gold gilt filigree ormolu applique decorationsthat surround the center HAND PAINTED enamel Portrait of a beautiful ladywith a delicate flower crown over her hair. The medallion is ilegible "I.C." (?) signed (visible in pictures).Dimensions are approx. 4.3" x 3.2" x 1.3", weight 10.45 oz. , on the store's scale. The box is in great antique condition. Ormolu is worn, it is surface dusty from 40 years in storage. The medallion looks free of damage, but has 2 glaze hairlines near the frame (visible in pictures). The red enamel guillocheon the frame border is NOT in excellent condition, it has hairlines, it is cracked,a small piece is missing (visible in pictures).The padding inside is old, it could be original, and is detached.It is not marked France but it is evident French, high quality. Photos speaks for themselves.
