A large rare French Silver Napkin Ring with open cartouche. One mark shows "Minerva" with 1 by the forehead which defines the silver as 925/1000, the other with the initials B & F which I think was the makers mark for Bion Henri & Fremines Georges c1900. In excellent antique condition 2" - 5cm in diameter and 1½" - 3.5cm wide approx.
