A beautiful set of figures made right after WW2 in Germany in US Zone. The set is two ladies, one of which is a little “boyish “ holding a little bird and the other lady is holding a bird cage. Leads me to believe that the artist was possibly creating a sort of underlying relation to the set. Lesbian or not the set indeed pairs well with each other. Will likely never find a set like this again.
