Decorated with hand painted wild pink roses over a yellow, pink, and blue background. Gold gilding along the edge. Marked in green on the back Limoges WG & Co France. This is an underglaze whiteware mark used by William Guerin in Limoges France between 1900 and 1932. Also signed on the bottom Maherz.Has wear to the gilding, and some scratches consistent with age and use, but otherwise good condition.Measures approximately 11 inches wide x 8 1/4 inches wide.This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
