Page is in good antique condition. Ink is bright and vivid and there seems to be no tears or damage to vellum. The frame has some minor dings and scuffs but is in good vintage condition. See images for full condition.

Likely dating from the 16th to 18th century, this page features bold Latin text in Gothic script, square neume musical notation on a four-line staff, and a large red illuminated letter.
Originally part of an antiphonary or choir book used in liturgical services, this piece exemplifies historic ecclesiastical artistry and religious devotion. The natural texture and irregularities of the vellum are visible, including the classic translucent veining and a rubbed area near the bottom right.- Materials: Ink, pigment, and gold wash on vellum (animal skin)- Condition: Some age-related wear to the vellum.
