Wonderful antique Inuit / Alaska Native handmade doll, dressed in a traditional winter parka. The body is cloth-stuffed with a painted/inked face, wool yarn headband and hair, and a hooded coat made from real skin with fur at the edges. Below the parka is a colorful printed cotton skirt and textured skin leggings with soft skin boots—classic early 20th c. tourist / village work.
