Up for sale is a really rare framed reverse painted glass painting that showcases Matthew Perry coming to Japan in the 19th century which started the epic trade discussions of those times. With the old frame, it\'s 23x17, the glass itself is 21x15 inches. This shows Perry in his famous USS Powhatan, with multiple small boats and ships painted nearby.
