This antique Mt. Washington/Pairpoint, hand painted tootpick holder is just over 2 inches tall. It is 1 5/8 inches in diameter. There are no cracks or major chips. I say this because if you run your finger around the rim it is a little rough with a couple flea bites. Probably made in the early 1900's or late 1800's.
