Up for sale is an old etching print of Albrecht Durer’s Praying Hands drawing. Also titled: Study of the Hands of an Apostle.
This appears to be from a print run or a printer’s proof. The paper the drawing is on is very old. I had to look up the watermark for information.
The paper is marked with a variant of the \"pro patria\" or Maid of Dort watermark. Such paper was made at least from 1683-1799, but was most common in England between 1700 and 1750, and the handwriting seems compatible with this range of dates.

Paper is an antique laid paper with watermark, has discoloring along the edges and browning, a little aged. See photo of the paper on a light table to see paper’s watermark and details.
