Antique Title Abstracts Pair 1913, 1914 Dallas Real Estate Lien Deed Of Release
The 1913 binder holds a full abstract and deed release; the 1914 binder is just a questionnaire Dallas Consolidated filled out on every abstract to determine if a property has and liens or judgements against it.
In good condition. The cover pages have light discoloring around the edges. And a little dirt on the back covers. There's wear on the corners of both covers. One page of the 1913 abstract is dog eared, and the bottom of the pages are wrinkled in the manner of paper that's been damp. Also, the ink on the third page has run quite a bit, but it looks like something that happened when the document was created. No other signs of wear or aging.
