Antique Victorian Eastlake-style potbelly sewing/work table, believed to date to approximately 1880–1900. Features a hinged lift top with enclosed storage and a distinctive rounded, curved-bottom pullout drawer originally intended for sewing materials.
The table has incised geometric decoration, a carved floral motif on the drawer front, pierced end supports, shaped feet and a turned stretcher. A decorative keyhole escutcheon accents the upper front.
Reddish-brown finish with a wood-grain appearance. Exact wood species, maker and finish originality are unknown.
Dimensions: Approximately 23” wide × 16” deep × 30” high, measured with the top closed.
Condition: Antique condition with scratches, scuffs, finish losses, edge chips and wear consistent with age and use. The removable potbelly drawer has visible cracking/splitting in its curved bottom and wear along the edges, shown in the photos. No fitted interior organizers or key are included. Lock functionality is untested.
