Offered here is an antique American Waltham “Traveler” mechanical pocket watch in good overall pre-owned condition for its age.
The movement is marked “American Waltham U.S.A. TRAVELER.” The watch is currently running. It has not been professionally serviced or tested for extended timekeeping accuracy, so no guarantee is made regarding accuracy or power reserve.
The case is marked “ENGLISH MAKE” and “THIS CASE GUARANTEED TO WEAR 10 YEARS.” This indicates a period gold-filled/gold-plated type case rather than a solid-gold case.
