Please examine photos for details, measurements and condition. Pretty much as I found it and freshly picked with some dust and cobwebs and hard to reach places still. Heavy duty, well-made rod iron construction. Appears to have had wheels put onto the base to make it into a rolling planter at one time. Would look very nice with all the round holes, filled with small planters and a huge planter in the middle. The wheels do not roll. Very good at all. I need work or be replaced if you decide to use it that way. Or hang it upside down from the ceilingand use it that way. I think it would also be cool. Maybe as a birdbath with flowers around the perimeter, but you would have to find a basin for the center. Carefully packed your shipping. Thank you very much.
