The last thing I want is for a customer of mine to be disappointed. I offer a 30 day return policy and will always work with you to see you satisfied with your purchase. You can shop with confidence.
All I ask is that you please contact me before leaving negative or neutral response and give me an opportunity to resolve any issues.
I can’t control the mail, and sometimes mistakes are made, but I value and appreciate my customers and do everything in my power to ship items within 48 hours (usually less than 24) and offer a full refund if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase.
Sincerely
Dennis
