Customer Service
- Our Customer Service Operation runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Messages will be responded to in the order that they are received.
- If your message is sent outside of our service hours (10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. EST) on Weekdays, Weekends, or Holidays we will respond to you within 24 hours on the next Business Day of initiate a return on a “New” or “Used” item, you must submit an inquiry ( Message), provide a photo of the issue, and go through a troubleshooting process with our Customer Service team.
- We do NOT accept returns or offer refunds of any kind for “For Parts” items or anything listed under Pick-Up
- Please use messaging at least 24 hours in advance to confirm an appointment and to obtain the pickup location.
- Orders and items are unable to be stored indefinitely,should an order / item not be scheduled and picked up within 5 days of payment, the order will be cancelled and the items within the order shall be relisted.
- Failure to schedule pickups in advance may result in an extended wait to be assisted at the pickup location depending on staffing availability and the size of your order.
- Pickups can only be scheduled between Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Excluding Holidays and Weekends.
- Pickups MUST BE ARRANGED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF PURCHASE. ANY ITEM NOT SCHEDULED WILL BE CANCELED, REFUNDED AND PLACED BACK INTO INVENTORY FOR SALE.
- Pickupsmustbe arranged at least 24 hoursprior to visiting the pickup location.
- You must personally pick up your items unless you specifyahead of timethat a third party will be picking up your items on your behalf.
- Order Number and Identification are REQUIRED.
- All orders must be paid for on prior to scheduling a pickup. We will not accept payment for items through our retail storefront.
- Please enter the building and speak to the receptionist when you have arrived at the location for your item(s). Please be able to provide the receptionist with either your Order Number(s) or your name as it appears in for confirmation.!
