Biography
TOM EWELL (1909-1994) didn't land big roles until after his naval service in World War II. Then he scored two big Broadway successes, John Loves Mary (1947) and The Seven Year Itch (1954), winning a Tony for the latter and reprising the role opposite Marilyn Monroe in the film of the following year.
