This piece is a1:12 scale artisan dollhouse court cupboard, hand-tooled by a British artisan living on a boat in the UK. I cannot recall the artist’s name. Designed in a historical style influenced byTudor, Jacobean, and traditional Welsh country furniture, it features a rich, dense hardwood finish with a prominent open grain that mimics aged English Oak or Walnut. The centerpiece is a hand-carved, recessedmarquise-and-petal rosette staron the central door, complemented by a hand-fitted dark metal drop-ring handle and hand-turned baluster legs resting on traditional stretcher rails. Crafted using specialized hand tools due to the limited space and power of a houseboat workshop, this bespoke, one-of-a-kind (OOAK) collector\'s piece beautifully captures the heritage of British folk-art miniature making.
