• The Graphical Function Display (GFD) is both a flexible display and the controller for the H3000 system.

• It’s a high-resolution graphical display that shows data as graphics and has an intuitive user interface.

• It came in colour and monochrome versions. B&G says the monochrome one is for on-deck use and viewing from a distance. The colour one is for short-range viewing, such as nav stations, cabins, and pedestal mounts.

• It uses bonded display technology (index-matched materials), which B&G says gives maximum clarity and eliminates condensation. Brochure features also include AutoCal calibration and flash-upgradeable units.

• In the H3000 range, the GFD takes over from the older FFD as the main display.
