I believe this to be new and stoved black
I think this is for a MK11 cos it doesn’t have the bracket at the bottom.
I’m recommending you thoroughly wash it out. A finger down the spout shows slight rust and not any black powder.
All the threads look good
It’s a little scratched in places from storage
