Up for sale is this handsome early 1970s vintage Baylor Nautilus 600 Ft. divers wristwatch. This classic and rugged mechanical tool watch is in excellent running and good cosmetic condition. Wear and tear overall is very light except on the back of the upper chrome plated case. Bezel, dial and hands are in excellent condition. I love the engraving of Poseidon with his trident on the stainless steel screw on caseback.
The all stainless steel case measures 36 mm in diameter without the crown. It’s Overall thickness including the crystal is 12 mm. The 17 jewel caliber AS/ST 1803 straight wind mechanical movement is running strong and keeping excellent time. I don’t know its service history.
It’s fitted with an older aftermarket 20 mm all stainless steel riveted oyster style bracelet. Sized now for a 7 1/2” wrist, it will micro adjust up to approximately 8”. Please let me know if you have any questions. Remember, keep time the vintage way!
