Classic (non-Touch, keypad) C1000 base with CFX96 optical reaction module. Bench-verified with documented data. It's not a "powers on" listing.

• Boot and self-test clean, dye calibration synchronizes, no errors. Motorized lid opens and closes under software control.
• Plate uniformity: 96-well ROX endpoint read, with all 96 wells reading within ±1.1% of the mean (2285–2337 RFU). Listing Photo 8
• Multiplex RT-qPCR run (NEB Luna SARS-CoV-2 multiplex kit, RUO): amplification detected in FAM, HEX, and Cy5 with the correct channel pattern. The kit positive control passed spec (Cq ~20–22, spec < 27), with replicates within 0.05 Cq. The ROX passive reference was stable. Listing photos 3-6
