Minor cosmetic issues are rub marks from being pulled from the Kydex sheath, few rust dots on edge, and slight discoloring around the logo.
This is the same knife they used as design in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2&3 minus the serrated blade part.
Blackhawk discontinued this blade a while ago.
