Item Description:[RARE HAND-SIGNED: Blindside Running on Air Signed CD & Album Cover Framed Display]Step into the atmospheric depths of post-hardcore with this signed edition of Blindside’s 2002 EP Running on Air, a captivating bridge between their raw underground roots and major-label evolution. Hailing from Stockholm, Sweden, Blindside—formed in 1994 as Underfree by Christian Lindskog, Simon Grenehed, Tomas Näslund, and Marcus Dahlström—blended hardcore aggression with melodic introspection, drawing influences from P.O.D. and Mr. Bungle while infusing spiritual themes into tracks that explore longing, faith, and ethereal journeys. This four-track EP, released via Elektra Records amid their breakthrough era following Silence (home to the hit “Pitiful”), showcases Lindskog’s soaring lyrics over Grenehed’s intricate guitars, Näslund’s driving bass, and Dahlström’s dynamic drums—evident in the title track’s haunting build and the experimental vibes of “Across Waters.” Featuring yodeling Swedish vocals and dreamy soundscapes, Running on Air highlights the band’s genre-toying diversity and Christian rock heritage. Housed in a sleek black frame (12\" x 6\") with a glass front, this display pairs the signed album cover—evoking a mystical realm of winged figures and crashing waves—with the signed CD itself, ready to hang as a collector’s centerpiece for fans of 2000s alternative metal.Authentication & Provenance: Sourced from a smoke- and pet-free collector\'s estate—handled with care and stored flat in the frame to maintain condition. Why This Item?
