Bride\'s Basket Fenton Large White Hobnail Milk Glass 11.5 Inch Diameter Ruffled in Perfect Condition
Offered here is a vintage Fenton White Milk Glass Hobnail Bride\'s Basket with a ruffled edge and smooth handle. The authentic oval Fenton logo mark is molded directly into the glass.
Fenton Art Glass introduced this script logo in an oval mould mark to distinguish their pieces from earlier, unmarked glass. Because this specific stamp contains only the word \"Fenton\" inside the oval without an accompanied small number underneath, it indicates the basket was manufactured during the 1970s.
The Fenton Art Glass Company utilized the stylized leaf-and-flower rosette mold configuration on the handle from 1963 through 1977 across their primary line of milk glass shapes. Combined with the bottom logo stamp, containing only the word \"Fenton\" inside the oval without an accompanied small number, this specific basket can be narrowed down to a production date between 1973 and 1977.
